ABOUT THE BROKER

Michael Chang is a real estate broker at SVN-Rich Investment Real Estate Partners, specializing in multifamily and commercial transactions throughout Southern California. With over a decade of experience, he began his career in Los Angeles in 2010 and has completed over $400 million in sales volume, including BPOs for lenders, property owners, attorneys, and brokers.

In 2016, Mr. Chang joined Dunleer Group’s Acquisition team and successfully assisted in acquiring several multifamily assets in trendy sub-markets within Los Angeles. Throughout his early career, he has developed a wide range of skills in multifamily investment sales transactions, lease/sales negotiation, acquisition and disposition, joint venture partnerships, and property management.

Mr. Chang is also a co-owner of Premier Real Estate Management, a leading property management firm located in Los Angeles. The company manages over 1 million SF of residential and commercial properties.
